THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERN THE USE OF FLOWERSOFTHEFOREST.COM.AU AND THE PURCHASE OF ANY GOODS AND SERVICES FROM IT.
flowersoftheforest.com.au is owned and operated by Flowers of the Forest Pty Ltd (ABN 80 647 398 829). When we say “you, your” etc, we mean the person using our site, and all other customers. When we say “our, we, us” etc, we mean Flowers of the Forest Pty Ltd.
Please note that by using this website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
Care
Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable, and their lifespan is dependent on the species, season, extreme heat, changes in climate and care.
Flowers from Flowers of the Forest are selected fresh for the best quality for your needs. Saying this should you follow our simple care instructions we hope your flowers last you a week.

Stems should be cut on a sharp angle and put into a vase

Vases used must be clean and filled with fresh cool clean water

Prices & Payment
The price of our products and services offered may change without notice at our discretion. We will never change the price of anything already ordered and paid for. All prices are in Australian Dollars.​

We accept payment methods via SquareUp including, but not limited to; credit cards and eftpos. If you want to use cash we can do so instore.
Delivery
Delivery is only available on operating days as advertised.
Flowers of the Forest offers a delivery service for the Sutherland Shire Council area;
Alfords Point, Bangor, Barden Ridge, Bonnet Bay, Burraneer, Caringbah, Caringbah South, Como, Cronulla, Dolans Bay, Engadine, Grays Point, Greenhills Beach, Gymea, Gymea Bay, Heathcote, Illawong, Jannali, Kangaroo Point, Kareela, Kirrawee, Kurnell, Lilli Pilli, Loftus, Lucas Heights, Menai, Miranda, Oyster Bay, Port Hacking, Sandy Point, Sutherland, Sylvania, Sylvania Waters, Taren Point, Woolooware, Woronora, Woronora Heights, Yarrawarrah and Yowie Bay.
Bundeena, Maianbar and Waterfall fall outside our standard delivery area, however delivery outside our standard delivery area may be negotiable, please call us if you have a specific request. Local pick up is also always available for orders.
EVENT DELIVERIES
Events deliveries are separate to normal delivery terms as it is included in the quotations; delivery of products for events may occur outside standard operating hours, outside the normal delivery area.
UNITS AND APARTMENT BUILDINGS
Upon delivery the customer will attempt to be contacted to the best of our ability, however if the customer/recipient is uncontactable, or in a building is area that is inaccessible by the public, has security systems and or multiple tenants the product will be left in the safest location. A photo will be taken for proof of delivery, then delivery goods are no longer the responsibility of Flower of the Forest. Please take note of this when getting deliveries to secured buildings and apartment complexes to be sure you are available to receive the delivery.
INCORRECT AND INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we will attempt to contact the customer to rectify this as early as possible. However, if this is unable to be rectified then Flowers of the Forest is not at fault for the missed delivery of the products. A re-delivery can be organised if the original order is still available however, a resupply or refund is not guaranteed if the customer does not get in contact with Flowers of the Forest in a timely manner.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you are unhappy with the product received, please take a photo of it immediately and send this photo to info@flowersoftheforest.com.au along with images of the wrapping, and order details.

Please note that without photos it is hard for us to understand how your needs have not been met and we cannot organise a resupply or refund without photographic evidence. To assist in quality control with us and our suppliers we may request to collect the flowers.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the delivery scheduled for standard orders in order to be eligible for a refund. Events orders are subject to different terms for cancellations. Refunds based on cancellations are not guaranteed and are reviewed individually to each order, considering the reason for cancellation and work already undertaken.

All refunds are the discretion of Flowers of the Forest. Any refunds are processed via the same method of payment. Electronic transfers may take up to 5 business days to process.
Availability Disclaimer
All flowers are subject to availability, we sometimes may have to make substitutions accordingly. If there are specific flowers that you are after please contact us, 0409 225 542, so we can discuss what is available and how we can best provide for you floral design needs.

As we are subject to seasonal availabilities and such our products may not always match the images displayed on the website, however we pride ourselves that we try to create beautiful arrangements we would be proud to have in our own homes.
If a product is sold out or no longer available after ordering we will contact you to organise a suitable substitution or a refund. We attempt to update our website regularly to make sure we are only advertising the available products, however on occasion an item may run out due to popularity or other unforeseen circumstances.

ADVANCE ORDERS
​
Small orders made days/weeks in advance of their delivery date can be refunded 72 hours prior to the delivery date, subject to if any preparation has been made for the order, such as obtaining specific flowers at a higher cost, the refund is then at the discretion of Flowers of the Forest.

Some types of flowers must be ordered in advance and cannot be delivered within 24 hours of the ordering day.
​
Event Orders are subject to their own Terms and Conditions.
Days of Operation
Our days of operation are:
Wednesday to Friday 10:00am to 4:00pm
Saturday 10:00am to 1:00pm.
Sunday – Tuesday & Holidays: Closed

Due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, emergency or compassionate grounds the store may be closed without warning. We will always attempt to communicate this via social media, and directly to customers who have made orders. We also reserve the right to not have to explain these unforeseen closures to customers. We will contact any orders affected as soon as possible to rectify the situation.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available for use in-store and over the phone.

Gift Vouchers are for one time use only, once the voucher has been used it is void. Only one gift voucher can be used for each individual transaction. The person who purchases or receives the gift voucher can exchange it for floral arrangements to the value of the amount on the voucher. Gift vouchers are for the purchase of floral arrangements only and cannot be used for other products or goods purchasable from Flowers of the Forest.

A gift voucher is valid until the standard legal expiry of 3 years from the date of issue. This will be written on the gift voucher upon its purchase from Flowers of the Forest. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, they cannot be credited to another gift voucher, the amount of the gift voucher must be used by the expiry.
All refunds are the discretion of Flowers of the Forest. As all refunds are processed via the same method of payment the purchaser / customer will be given a new Gift Voucher to the value of the refund agreed to.
